Celeste Smith is the Business Relations Coordinator at York Electric Cooperative, Inc., where she shows great leadership and creativity. She recently developed a web-based app for YEC's Annual Meeting, helping collect over 4,500 votes, saving money, and providing valuable member insights. Her skills in planning and executing projects consistently bring positive results.

Celeste is also very active in the community. She was elected as co-chair of her Leadership York County class, and supports Hungry Heroes, both efforts showing gratitude to first responders and military personnel. Through her role at York Electric, she heads the Hoopla Committee, organizing events to appreciate employees, and participates in committees for professional development. Additionally, she works with The Burrell Foundation, dedicating over 50 hours to securing donations and helping with event operations, significantly contributing to the foundation's success.
