Heath Myers is a distinguished attorney at Morton & Gettys, where he has made significant strides in real estate and probate law since returning to Rock Hill in 2021. Heath was recently recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a "One to Watch 2024" for his expertise in Real Estate Law.

A graduate of Campbell Law School, Heath's career began in North Augusta but his deep-rooted connection to Rock Hill drew him back home. His legal expertise encompasses the execution and closing of residential and commercial real estate transactions, probate and estate planning, and business formations.

Since joining Morton & Gettys, Heath has driven a 30% increase in residential real estate closing volume. His proactive approach to managing probate and estate planning files has led to a 50% growth in his individual practice. Heath was also head of the firm's Summer Clerk program for 2023 and 2024, serving as a mentor for new and young associates within the firm.

He is a passionate advocate for Rock Hill’s community, demonstrated through his active role on the Board for Hospice and Community Care and his leadership in organizing vital community initiatives. Notable among these are the "Summer Ice and Slice" school supply drive in August 2023 and "The Holidays Are Brewing" coat drive, which benefitted several local organizations, including Pathways Community Center and Bethel Men’s Shelter.
